What is GDPR?

Which categories of personal data are we processing?

The personal data that you provide us with, that is, the Full Name, Postal Address, Postal Address. Code, State, City, Region, Country, Landline and your email address, VAT, Profession, we only process them when we have legitimate reason to do so.

What are the legitimate reasons for processing your personal data?

How and why are we using your personal data?

• Account creation

Personal data is collected when you create an account on Bookpath.gr, a website managed by Dres Dimitris Private company. You may be asked for more information when creating an account, but the minimum for concluding and executing the contract will be the mandatory scope mark.

The following personal information is required to establish an account: Name, Postal Address, Postal Address. Code, State, City, Region, Country, Landline and your email address. You should then set your personal password (password) twice. To complete your registration, you must, after reading the terms of use, select the checkbox in the I Agree option and fill in the text to verify your registration.

Your registration is complete. Username is now your email address and password is your personal password.

The user should not communicate to third parties the personal code, nor should it store it in electronic or paper form, to prevent any unauthorized use. If the codes are communicated to a third party, the user must immediately inform our company.

• Order Execution

Personal data is also collected when you order from our e-shop, www.bookpath.gr. To complete your order and account creation, you may be asked for more information, but there will be a minimum to conclude and execute the contract. These data shall be marked as a mandatory field. The information on this account will be used to complete the order, and you will have to fill in some additional information, such as information on how to pay, a different shipping address (optional), invoice details (VAT, DPO, Profession, name), where necessary.

• Profile Training

Profiling means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects of a natural person, in particular the analysis or anticipation of aspects relating to his personal preferences and interests or movements.
