Yelena Baraz is Kennedy Foundation Professor of Latin Language and Literature at Princeton University and the Director of the Princeton Society of Fellows in the Liberal Arts. She is author of Reading Roman Pride and Calpurnius Siculus and the Transformation of Pastoral.
