Dr. Sasha Toperich is a Senior Fellow and Director of the Mediterranean Basin, Middle East and Gulf initiative at The Center for Transatlantic Relations, SAIS, at The Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University in Washington D.C.
Aylin Unver Noi is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Center for Transatlantic Relations (CTR), the Johns Hopkins Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). She is member of the Board and Advisory Council of the Mediterranean Citizens’ Assembly Foundation-FACM, Valencia. She is an Associate Researcher at the European Institute for Research on the Mediterranean and Euro-Arab Cooperation – MEDEA in Brussels. Unver Noi is an Associate Professor and Head of International Relations department at Istinye University since May 2017.She teaches “International Politics of the European Union I-II” courses at the European Union Institute (a Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence), Marmara University, Istanbul since 2015. She was the Director of European Union Application and Research Center (2015-2016) and assistant professor at International Relations department (2011-2016), Istanbul Gedik University.
