Dyson Freeman

Freeman Dyson has been a professor of Physics at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton since 1953. Born in England, he settled permanently in the United States in 1951.Professor Dyson is not only a physicist; he has been involved in a large variety of practical concerns. He has been a consultant to the Defense Department and the Department of Energy. Outside the government, he has spoken and written widely about the ethical dilemmas of our age. He has published Disturbing the Universe, a scientific autobiography, Weapons and Hope, and Infinite in All Directions.
