Stefan Fafinski has extensive experience in teaching intellectual property law, cyberlaw, and cybercrime. He has always been interested in the social and legal factors that influence the misuse of technology and the capacity to offend. He is currently a member of the Parole Board for England and Wales where he chairs hearings and determines applications for reconsideration. He also sits in the Family Court.
