Vassilis Hatzopoulos is Professor of EU Law and Policies at the Panteion University of Athens; Provost of the European Lawand Governance School, Athens; and Visiting Professor at the College of Europe, Bruges. He is also an Attorney-at-Law of the Athens Bar.
